Jeremy L. Goldstein is a partner at Jeremy L. Goldstein & Associates LLC, a boutique law firm dedicated to advising compensation committees, CEOs, management teams and corporations in executive compensation and corporate governance matters, particularly as such issues arise in the context of transformative corporate events and sensitive situations.

Prior to founding his own firm, Mr. Goldstein was a partner at a large New York law firm.

Mr. Goldstein is chair of the Mergers & Acquisition Subcommittee of the Executive Compensation Committee of the American Bar Association Business Section.  He writes and speaks frequently on corporate governance and executive compensation issues and is listed as a leading executive compensation lawyer in Chambers USA Guide to America’s Leading Lawyers for Business and The Legal 500.  In addition, Mr. Goldstein is member of the Board of Directors of Fountain House, a charity dedicated to the recovery of men and women with mental illness.

Mr. Goldstein has a J.D. from New York University School of Law, an M.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. cum laude and with distinction in all subjects from Cornell University.
